1. Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of services made through Innovax Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
2. Nature of Services
Innovax Solutions provides digital, technical, and consultancy-based services, which may include but are not limited to digital solutions and development services, technical consulting and advisory, as well as strategy, planning, and implementation support.
Due to the nature of these services, which involve time allocation, resource commitment, and intellectual effort, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms set out in this Policy.
3. Service Initiation Requirement
To commence service delivery, clients may be required to respond to onboarding communications, attend scheduled consultation calls, and provide necessary information, materials, or access.
Failure to fulfill these requirements may delay or prevent service delivery.
4. Client Non-Responsiveness & Inactivity
Where a client has completed payment but fails to respond to communication attempts, does not attend scheduled calls, or does not provide required information, the Company will make reasonable efforts to initiate contact, including multiple follow-ups through available communication channels.
If the client remains unresponsive for a period of 7–14 business days from the initial outreach, the service may be placed on hold or deemed inactive, and the Company reserves the right to suspend further efforts.
If inactivity continues for a total period of 14–30 days, the service may be considered abandoned and the Company may close the service request.
5. Refund Eligibility in Inactivity Cases
In cases of client inactivity or non-responsiveness, refunds may be considered upon written request by the client and are subject to review and approval at the Company’s sole discretion.
The Company may approve a full refund, approve a partial refund to account for administrative, operational, and reserved resource costs, or decline the refund request.
6. Refund Conditions
A refund may be considered only if no substantial work has commenced and the request is made within a reasonable timeframe after payment.
For the purpose of this Policy, a reasonable timeframe generally refers to within 7–14 days from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where work has commenced or resources have been allocated, consultation sessions have been conducted whether attended or missed by the client, delays are caused by the client’s failure to cooperate, the client changes their mind after service initiation, or the client fails to attend scheduled calls without prior notice.
8. Administrative and Processing Fees
The Company reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative, processing, or transaction fees from any approved refund, including payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, and operational or onboarding costs.
9. Refund Process
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period, typically within 7–14 business days, and issued via the original payment method where possible.
Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any payment-related concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and additional administrative or recovery actions where applicable.
11. Company Discretion
All decisions regarding refunds, including eligibility, amount, and timing, are made at the sole discretion of the Company.
In making such decisions, the Company may consider time elapsed since payment, level of client engagement, work completed or resources allocated, and communication history.
12. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
